1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
All returns must be authorized via email at magfa@ceramicwareshop.com before shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for non-defective returns.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders must follow the return procedure above.
